Another fans-only (no guests) convention, 'Phile Cabinet '95, is being held Sept. 28-30 at the Headquarters Plaza Hotel in Morristown, NJ. This con will have a video room, a consuite, access to a jacuzzi, a round-robin X Files fan story, at least one zine dealer, and the second annual XFT3K showing. Membership is $40; hotel is $70/ night for single or double occupancy.
